I've chosen my Web Agency...I am just having a hard time balancing organization, & fulfillment...but I will get there.

Being an entrepreneur is a very lonely one endeavor. Before joining the community, I struggled with feeling isolated and lacking the support needed to grow my business. The regular discussions and feedback have been invaluable in navigating the complexities of my industry. Since becoming a member, I've seen a noticeable increase in my confidence and business acumen. I've implemented several tactics recommended by group members, and looking for the return on investment soon. The positive impact on my business has been tremendous. Not only have I experienced growth in leads, but I've also built lasting professional relationships. To structure a curriculum that fulfills the grand vision, the focus would be on delivering practical, actionable business education with an emphasis on real-world applications. The curriculum should be designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners scale their ventures successfully based on some core foundational knowledge: Entrepreneurial Mindset & Leadership, Business Strategy & Planning, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Scaling, People & Culture, Legal & Compliance. Having starting and closing several different ventures myself. I have learned in each of them that perspective is key. For instance if you wanted to start a window cleaning business and started approaching local store owners and built up a cleintele of say 50 in a year that would be great. However, if you wanted to do 20 & 30 story buildings with this type of clentele it wouldn't get you nowhere in the door. Partnering with another company would. So mindset & perspective is most important before anything. Research, get the game, know the competitors to clearly execute any goal.
