No steroid/systemic disease known. I would expect bone infarcts to look rather osteosclerotic

Any idea what this is. Patient is 35yrs old. Medial joint pain. This lesion is I guess incidental in the fibula

Non ossifying fibroma? But why edema
Bone island with surrounding edema? Any idea?
29 y old, moderate pain for some months, xray shows very subtle opacity/sclerosis corresponding to the T1 hypointense lesion, no trauma
