I have a challenge for you....First, congrats America...our attention span is now SHORTER than a goldfish.The average attention span in the US is 8 seconds...only 8 f@cking seconds (goldfish is 9) This sounds funny...but it really isn't. The distraction epidemic and the attention economy are destroying your mental health and ruining your wonderful brain. This is why you can't focus, feel mentally drained and struggle to complete tasks/work/goals. It was easier to focus because the intention was set, I wanted to prove I could do it. However in every day distractions that's not so easy 😂
