How often do you all train? Also, how often do y’all hit the weight room?

4-6th grade should have 1 strength day and 1 speed day a week. You should be trading basketball skills/concepts/scrimmaging at minimum 4days max 6 days a week 7-8th strength day 2/3 days. speed/endurance 1 day HS should be lifting 5days a week alternating between upper body, lower body, plyo/speed, lower body. Intensity will vary depending on schedule. Should be training basketball EVERYDAY!!

4 seconds in hold your breathe for 4 seconds breathe out for 4 seconds repeat 4 times trust this is a navy seals technique and you will center yourself. You got this bro trust your self and just play. Also personally I pray before, during and after I play. I Get close to the Lord cause I know he will be with me.

Proper footwork left right, right left and utilize a “heel to toe” technique in your step as you square to the basket
