4-6th grade should have 1 strength day and 1 speed day a week. You should be trading basketball skills/concepts/scrimmaging at minimum 4days max 6 days a week 7-8th strength day 2/3 days. speed/endurance 1 day HS should be lifting 5days a week alternating between upper body, lower body, plyo/speed, lower body. Intensity will vary depending on schedule. Should be training basketball EVERYDAY!!
