Thanks for the question @Joe Moss . We provide end to end encryption for data at rest and data in motion backed by a continuous third party audit (our systems are hooked to our auditor's and so any code change gets reviewed by their system). For certain large Broker Dealer's we're working with we've built out custom features for their central compliance team to satisfy their requirements.

@Joe Moss Hey Tiffany, thank you for the question! AI assistant tools do record meetings. For smaller RIAs, they are able to review the calls. For larger groups and B/D's we've created solutions to help their compliances teams. DM me! Happy to chat further.

FinMate AI User Guide
Wanted to share that FinMate AI has prepared a user guide - I added to the classroom (available here). Also, with the new t3/Inside Information results in, FinMate didn't make it onto the main list yet, but 16 firms were considering using it. What "Outsource Transcription Service" are you using?
