Things you can do today to ensure an organized, less overwhelm, less stressed week ahead: 1. Make a list of your goals this week. Only add things you know you can hit and don't overdo your list! Give yourself self care each day! 2. Prep out meals and do the shopping today! We all have to eat but when you know what you're having and have prepped some of it, that can take some stress away during the week. 3. If you have been wanting to start an exercise program, write out what you want to do each day. For ex: Mon: walk 2 miles and 50 squats Tues: walk 1 mile, ab workout, toning class Wed: stretch day Thursday: Yoga day Fri: walk with friend or spouse (You Tube has so many options; you don't need to join a gym or pay for exercise classes anymore:) 4. Meditation & Affirmations: When are you going to put 10 minutes aside each day to do these things? Put on your schedule. They are just as important as your business! 5. Wash clothes, clean and get everyone to pitch in so you can have a peaceful Sunday evening with your loved ones and start the workweek with a clean slate! Hope you all have a wonderful day and week!!
