We run our email through Outlook and run an Oracle based ERP for manufacturing. We have been connecting the Planner and other MS applications (Power Automate, Power BI, etc) to facilitate automation of tasks that are required in a supply chain capacity such as material shortages and potential expiration of raw materials that would result in production down time if not managed properly. Not familiar with the https://graph.microsoft.com endpoint. Seen documentation but have not gone down that rabbit hole, yet. And yes ChatGPT has been a good friend to me...well worth the subscription.
