@Travis Bodhaine That's a great question, because I tend to do strength and mobility training all day everyday. With one of my favorite work outs being pull-ups. @Daquan Lee can attest to this! So good question because I would like to know too! 🙂

Fidgeting can also increase dopamine levels in the brain, which can reduce anxiety and increase happy chemicals. Fidget toys can be especially beneficial for people with ADHD, anxiety, or Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
