How do you choose the proportion of time you do cardio, strength, endurance, stretching, and doing other physical activities? You can workout everyday but how do you get all of these different workout types in using the right amount of time?
@Travis Bodhaine That's a great question, because I tend to do strength and mobility training all day everyday. With one of my favorite work outs being pull-ups. @Daquan Lee can attest to this! So good question because I would like to know too! 🙂
