Update!

We have made the decision that we are going to keep this a free group and work on creating a second, paid group. More to come, but the same applies - the first 100 will get access to that group free for life! Thank you for being with us from the beginning and Happy Thanksgiving!

I like the coffee hour and it could be an opportunity to chat and share what's new. There's so many "health headlines" that it's hard to keep up with what's legit and what's just a fluff news story. Getting it from a group of trusted doctors inside a community seems like the best for me. I could imagine referring my mom or friends to a news article or idea. If they asked "Where did you hear that?" It's going to be 1,000 times better to say it's from a group of doctors vs. "I saw it online" 😄
