Couple Quick Updates
I have had some requests for a couple different features and I wanted to get everyones perspectives. I think that the aspect ratio on my videos has been focuesed on desktop/laptop users and is difficulty to see on cell phones. I am going to redo my videos this weekend to make them easier to see with cell phones. I have also copied all of the text below the videos as well to make the information and my citations easier to review. The quality of exercise examples is lacking so I will be adding high definition animation videos of compound lifts that highlights the exact muscle groups that are being targeted to help you all understand the powerful compounding effect of resistance training multiple muscle groups simultaneously with mulit-joint compound lifts. I have had a sports specific request for increasing vertical jumping capacity. I was going to take time this weekend to put together a basic power generation video illustrating important lifts as well as sets/reps to shoot for to improve your muscles ability to generate power for movements like jumping. I have had a bunch of diet questions. I wanted to ask everyone if they want me to post recipe examples of affordable and macro friendly meal prep ideas? What kind of diet and meal prep content would you all like me to make? I can talk about general meal planning or I can actually put together meals for you all to start implementing to show you all how I meal prep as well as the overall cost per meal etc. Thanks everyone for supporting this community! @Mohima akter Mou Thank you Mohima, and no problem. I hope that the new videos are a little easier to see. I will put together some meal prep videos as well as easy ways to map out your weekly meals. Counting macros and calories can be challenging. I know that I struggled with diet and macro counting. I will make a video that makes the process a little easier.

Hey Bianca, the fitness module should get you started and I am posting the first exercise video today to get feedback from the community. Fat loss can often be challenging because your have to change multiple areas of your life to sustainably lose weight and then keep it off. The three main areas that affect fat loss that I have found are: Sleep, Nutrition, and Exercise Many people try to lose weight by dieting (calorie deficit) and doing lots of cardio. While this is not necessarily wrong the problem is that as you lose weight with the above methods you often lose muscle mass as well which ultimately decreases your metabolism. As your metabolism decreases, you burn less calories per day which results in more fat gain when you switch back into a caloric surplus when you go off of your diet. That is what often causes the yo-yo weight loss and weight gain that many people are familiar with. If you want to sustainably lost fat tissue then you have to start prioritizing resistance training to build muscle tissue. As you build muscle tissue then you will start to increase your metabolism which will increase the amount of calories that your body burns and results in a more sustainable fat loss solution.
Fitness Module
The first module is posted in the classroom tab! The first module has everything that you need to get started. Please post weight loss wins in our community thread to share your success with the rest of the community! In the fitness module, I go over macros and calorie intake, sleep, and exercise techniques for losing weight and gaining muscle. I take a deep dive into the science behind fat loss and muscle protein synthesis, and I tabulated action steps in each video. I will be posting much more in the coming weeks. I have roughly 3 hours of content posted so far but by the end of this course I will have around 10-15 hours of free fitness content available to all of our community members. Thanks for being part of our growing community of fitness enthusiasts. This program will equip you with the knowledge that you need to optimize your body and reach your fitness goals. Thanks!

Thank you for your feedback Mohima. I will reshoot the video with a closer view of the text. How do the other videos look? It might be the aspect ratio that I am filming the videos with. I might need to see if I can do the videos in a vertical aspect ratio
