Advice and Suggestions
Has anyone ever worn an ankle brace? I sprained my ankle really bad a few weeks ago. I haven’t skates since then. The orthopedic surgeon said I didn’t need surgery but would not be able to skate for 8 weeks. It’s been 12 weeks now. I’m ready to get back in the rink but was thinking of getting an ankle brace. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on if it will help with skating and if so on which brand I should get?

I wear an ankle brace while skating. It is a soft brace and you put it on like a shoe. I had a bad sprain too. I got it from Walmart.
