Intro!
Hey everyone! Just signed up yesterday. I've been an on and off, up and down, "fitness" participant for most of my life. I'm looking forward to learning, planning and making exercise a priority again, and in the process it will be great to connect with like minded people! Have a wonderful rest of your day!

I’ve hit ten days of tracking meals including at least 150g of protein a day. Very proud of my consistency with this important habit. Let’s keep going!

I feel good after meals. Eating enough protein definitely helps with the “hunger.” The big thing for me wasn’t so much eating junk food or “unhealthy” foods but be intentional about portions and when I’m eating. Those late night snacks did not help. I have little kids so energy level is always in need of more.

Summer cold but still focused
Looks like I caught a cold with the traveling but still made time for a cycle class and tracking food for 6 days. 1% better.
