I am looking to get out from the JV, that my part will help with the contact to the agent, to arrange the funds for the first investment, to help with brainstorming on different topics. I am looking for someone local that can go to check the properties that we talk on them, to be able to get better loans rate and offer from lenders, to go to different local events to know more people and make connections.
