I have penned an IB agreement with the producers of America’s New Investment TV Show America's Real Deal. Show Format: Introducing a business reality competition show that invites the TV viewers to invest alongside our on-set investors. Three rounds of competition decides the episode winner and then all 18 companies compete to be the season champion. I agreed to get involved when I saw that said format is far less gladatorial than 'Shark Tank' and 'Dragons Den' - the investors actually take the time and trouble to get to know the investees at a human level. Presented by Marie Osmond, viewers are invited to vote, buy and invest in the companies presented - series one even included a flying car - this is the most innovative adoption of QR codes I have seen. The innovative format before the SEC adopted Regulation Crowdfunding to implement Title III crowdfunding in 2016, investing in private startups and early-stage companies was very often restricted to wealthier accredited investors and institutions, usually at a minimum investment of $50,000. Today, with Regulation Crowdfunding, anyone 18 and older can invest in private companies for as little as $100 to get started. America’s Real Deal was created to help American people to find early-stage businesses to invest in & have ownership. I am now scouting for ICONS (No sharks invited – we are not here to swallow up the little fish – but to help make them whales.) If you like to share your experience and invest in exciting private businesses – you are invited to apply to be on Season Two of the most interactive Business Reality TV Show in history. If you are, or know of, in an innovative start-up with sales above $1m who are looking to scale with a chance of winning $100,000 please get in touch. This is an opportunity for your Company, Brand or Influence to be seen on National TV.
