Really liking this new (to me at least) platform by Ross Gerson (ex Empire Flippers) currently in beta https://acquiringdigital.com/ - it aggregates listings from all the top brokers/marketplaces and totals up the amount of deals, almost four billion dollars! What do we think the blended average sales commission is for the industry now, 8-10%? That makes over $300M in commissions to be sold/won right now!

Interesting looking at all the new Flippa categories: • Digital Agencies • AI Apps & Tools • Crypto & Blockchain • Plugins & Extensions • Gaming Community has to be next! Also interesting how newsletters seem to be tied with youtube and social media in the same category? So many niche marketplaces have been launched over the last couple of years, I can't help but think that almost all will get crushed attempting to compete with the unit economics of Flippa. However, some such as https://gomerge.com/ appear to be doing very well by just focussing on one niche, i.e. digital agencies in their case. Thoughts?

I really like how Flippa has integrated Partnerstack directly into their platform so you get a button underneath each listing you can promote with one click. For example why wouldn't you promote a SaaS listed for $90M and earn $540K! But I've always loved me a leaderboard and seeing me at #31 on Empire Flippers is making me have to get into the top 10!

Looking to move a small job board on as it's I need to narrow my focus and I just don't have the time or bandwidth to give it the TLC it needs to grow. It's less than a year old but I think has a lot of potential it has great conversion to application. Last 30 days - 1776 job views and 1308 apply link clicks. With some attention it could go well and retrofit is a growth sector in the UK. Running costs are just the SaaS at $125pm.
