Oh no I am sorry
I was meant to upload day 4 yesterday night, and I went so sleep and forgot... Yikes Sorry about that. Here is our next course piece. Mapping out a great product requires understanding its purpose. In this training, I will go over how to map out your product best by looking at the customer journey.

Day 3 - Pop up Course: Product Idea Validation
One thing is to have a good idea, and another thing is to know if it is a good business opportunity. First, you want to really consider what platform you intend to sell on. Each platform has its own set of success rules. If you plan to sell on Amazon, these are the success rules to follow: 1. Relevant Keywords with Demand: Are there descriptive keywords with at least 8-10k monthly search volume combined? 2. Pricing: Are most of my competitors selling for $15 or more? 💲 3. Market: Are at least three competitors making over $5k monthly? 📈 4. Avoiding Sharks: Are the main competitors making over $100k a month or have thousands of reviews? 🦈 We want to avoid a market dominated by these "sharks." Competing with one is fine, but more than 2-3 can be problematic. 5. Unique Value: Can we add value to the market and offer something unique? 🌟

Day 2 pop up course - Unusual hack to find journal ideas
Today's class is short and to the point. Why? Because over the years, I have done free training with thousands of people, and I have noticed one thing. More information and longer training are not always better. In fact, people often get stuck and don't act on the information. So here is a short, easy-to-implement task you can do right away. Not sure what niche to pick for your stationery idea? Here is a hack to find niches with demand. If you need more help implementing and getting your journal up on Amazon before Christmas, join us as a group coaching member. Comment below what your key takeaway is and what your goal is moving forward.

Day 2 pop up course - Unusual hack to find journal ideas

Love the idea of researching through the lens of creating a planner/journal that will help people implement! I'm in the creative market and see a lot of affirmation, self discovery, confidence, and overcoming impostor syndrome topics. Would you recommend focusing on products for a general audience (artists in general) or focusing on a niche audience, ie. my niche is quilters and pattern designers but not sure if that market is big enough and it would be better to research and develop a product for a more general audience. @Laura Buhl

@Emma Sweetingham ah, ok...does Amazon show search volume or is that through a separate app/software?

Not to complicate and make things confusing by having too much stuff...simple and repetitive is better, especially when starting off!
