The plan has been to see how far I can go at plant pop-ups, selling only 3d printed items I have learned to make in CAD. I also decided that, for now, face to face interaction while selling prints is more important than bringing my plants to increase sales, because the simplicity lets me better see why customers are making the choices they do. This time, the specific goal was was selling enough prints to cover buying a heat gun - took all of 45 minutes. My favorite part was women with an actual background in STEM (unlike me lol,) stopping by to say they've been watching me on social media. I am active on Facebook and Instagram, but do not have a big following. For the first two pop-ups I had much less variety and expertise, and made very little money. That's ok. Now, though only for something as simple as plant trellises, I am at the edge of knowing enough to be reusing what I have already learned, instead of working through entirely new skill sets for every project. It's about to be much more fun. For next time I need to design display elements for my table - maybe some risers for pots, and a vertical stand of some sort for hanging up trellises.

@Jasmine Bain This is what I know so far. If a thing is both of use to a person and fits what they like to be around, it is more likely to sell. 3d printing gives a little edge where decor is concerned, because listening plus even basic Fusion skills means I can try out an idea.

@Arifa Bakth These are all meant to be used indoors.
Gothic Arches
Between thinking ahead, offsets, mirroring and using the little scissors shaped delete gizmo to clean up all the bits and pieces, I can now work on these gothic arch trellises without my head exploding. 🎉 I used a combination of chamfers and fillets for sculptural detail, because the skills to use sweep on paths like these are still too fiddly for me. I'm happy

@Nicholas W thank you.
Pop Art Stripes
A few days ago I got familiar with how to add a series of bodies to a component (folder) in Fusion, which made keeping track of separate bodies much more possible. I already knew about using Bambu Studio to split an STL made of multiple bodies into separate parts, but it seemed like such a hassle before I was comfortable grouping bodies into components first. Assigning a color to each separate part/body was suddenly fun. I wasn't expecting fun again so soon. 😊 I planned to try a handful of 2" cover pots with pop art stripes, then make a 4" version of the best one or two, like the last image below. By the time I made myself stop, I had made 17. Now I have them up on social media, to ask for opinions on which to make into 4" pots first, and people are enjoying sharing their views. More fun. I was going to spend less time on this, and push myself to try something more challenging. Can't argue with fun. Challenges will be there next week. If you're a beginner like me, I hope this is encouraging you.

@Mona Sagisi They're meant to be cover pots. A lot of collectors like to use transparent pots, to be able to check root conditions easily - very useful, but not beautiful. These solve that problem.
Top layer issues
Anyone ever seen anything like this? I think what’s happening is that the shield shape is part of the top layer and instead of printing from edge to edge, it’s printing to the shield. That dark line on the bottom middle of this lid is actually slightly raised. Printing pla basic on a brand new p1p. The first several prints were flawless. Using the same slicer file also. The Red is a screenshot of the slicer. Why can't it start printing the shield on TOP of the top layer instead of as part of the top layer? The gray image is from Fusion 360. It was a PNG that I imported and converted to a shape and then extruded.

What is your goal? Do you want it to be raised, or indented? If the parts are in the same place and printed the same color, splitting or merging in Studio won't change the print.
