1. I’d like to increase my protein intake for sure and general food as well. Definitely need to be eating more and focusing on that despite being busy. 2. I want to try and work in maybe 5-10 minutes a day of β€œmeditation” time whether it’s morning or evening.

I am a firm believer in communities getting to know each other and feeding on each others wins, loses and the journey along the way of growth 🌱 Also, say where you are from since we will be hearing from different cultures as well!

Hey! I’m Ellie! Originally from Maryland, but have lived around Florida for the last 5 years. Love sports of pretty much every variety and love being outside whether it’s on the beach or in the mountains. I’m in the Navy and getting ready for deployment 2. Interested in integrative health because I love learning about health and nutrition and want to build a more balanced way to live especially getting ready to deploy!
