Transmute Sexual Energy
Huge spike in my physical pillar lately, as I’ve been holding seed while spending time on breathwork with a primary focus around pelvic floor activation. The collaboration of sexual energy with breath and movement has incredibly shifted my connection to myself in a very positive way. Grateful to feel the “goods” inside and out! 🤸🧘🏼‍♂️

What is your most effective way to meditate?

Setting an intention on what I am feeling or going through at the moment, I begin with breathwork before entering into mediation. What makes it invigorating for me, is that I allow the sensations from the breathwork to ground me in the present moment feeling closer connection to Spirit. From there, I like to journal down the things that came through, or didn’t come through in care of reflection.

Full moon …
Ahoy brothers ! Just a Quick question… do you struggle when there is a full moon ? I do 😅. For me it starts 2 days before the full Moon. I feel restless and I can’t stop overthinking, wanking, eating, scrolling…I try to take it easy and during the day I spend a lot of time doing my movement practice, yoga, meditation and breathing. But when the night comes it gets out of control ! If you feel something similar , how do you cope with it ? I read you !! Hugs 🙌🏼✨
