Hello everyone I’m just sharing a experience of my current deal. I bought a property at the end of 2021 for $1900. I then sold it under terms in march of 2022. I got a deposit from them for $1000 and a monthly payment for $375. The buyer was paying on time every month till the end of January. I’ve been reaching out to him at least 2 times a month and nothing. I finally notified him that he will be forfeiting the property due to no response and no payments made. That same day I put the property back up to sell I got a bunch of messages from buyers. A week later I got a buyer for ALL CASH! $10000! I will be profiting $12475 off a $1900 purchase! I’ll be closing this deal tomorrow! Thank you Aaron for the knowledge!
