Every man and woman must be able to protect themselves, maintain physical fitness, and develop leadership skills. When I started coaching, I taught people how to be disciplined with their nutrition and workouts. But through time, people continued to encounter barriers in their daily routines, which came down to leadership. Something I learned through the years is that as a man, you must be able to be physically fit, protect, and be a leader. If you miss any of those areas, you will live unsatisfied and set a poor example for your loved ones. I shifted my focus from using fitness to build individuals or businesses to using leadership and discipline, which resulted in tremendous success.
