How do you manage parental guilt as an entrepreneur?
Juggling parenthood and entrepreneurship is challenging, but I have managed to find (some sense of) balance with these “not-so-obvious” tips. 👉Reframe Your Narrative Instead of feeling guilty, focus on the positive lessons your kids are learning from your hard work. Your dedication and resilience are powerful examples for them. 👉Involve Your Kids in the Business Invite your children to help with simple tasks or attend business-related events. This way, they can see firsthand what you do and feel more connected to your work. 👉Delegate and Ask for Help You don’t have to do everything alone. Delegate tasks at work and home, and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Do you feel guilt? If so, how do you cope?

Once upon a Time, I had to couch surf with a toddler and a newborn because our home was sold, and our rental property renovations fell behind. We managed to finish one bedroom and the bathroom and moved in as a family slept on the floor on mattresses, eat cereal out of paper bowls, complete a lot of super Nintendo. When the kids were asleep, we put the rest of the house together. This is an experience my daughter who is three at the time will never forget. We learned so much as a family.
