Hey Joseph, I appreciate you insights, yes I might go for one meal a day, I guess what we don't really know and can't know is what is necessary (or the best for any given situation...) and what is superfluos / over the top... Keto diet is a big step, then cutting down to 2 meals or one meals, 24hr + fasting, what other herbal suppliments should one take, cardiovascular exercise v's musle exercise etc...
