Definitely a 0 lol being the sole owner and only employee at the moment, if I'm away then the business is on hold until I get back. I usually set up an email auto send and post on social media that I'll be away for that time period to keep my clients informed, but I always try and check up on how things are going as there are always questions or emergencies. If I have no cell service, I usually ask the people I am with to stop off at a coffee shop to grab that free Wi-Fi to check up on messages. The majority of my clients are fantastic and don't message while I'm away but others do require a bit more personal attention and I don't mind being that resource for them to reach out to in times of need.
