Is it better to choose "Maximize Conversions" or "Target CPA" for a brand new ad account and campaigns with "Leads" goal?

Ads approved but no impressions?
I started 5 campaigns 3-4 days ago, but I still have no impressions. I'm targeting different audiences of different sizes. Some are intent-related and smaller, some are interest-related and bigger, but none of them is running. Any solution, or do I only have to wait?

How do you make sure you're compliant with Google policies? particularly those involving nudity and sexual content (I'm a dating coach)

@Brian Moncada Flagged for "strongly restricted" and "Moderately restricted". The ads are in italian. I say things like "get girls on command" "sleeping with women" and I think it is for these reasons, but I see ads from my competitors that are WAY more explicit and sexual (even women who shake their asses in front of the camera)
