Just saying hello 👋
Hi 👋 I am 49 and my profile picture is filtered because my self worth is low. I definitely love the idea of being healthy but definitely acknowledge I lack the willpower to stick to anything. I think sometimes we have to take accountability and maybe just care about ourselves for once. So changing everything at once is just unrealistic for some of us. So my goal is to change something every few days til I find a healthy balance without dropping off the wagon ever again. I feel like this community might be just what I need. I am looking forward to seeing everyones input and stories. Today my weight is 83kgs. My heaviest in years. I will check in next week with how my week went. Fall seven times, get up Eight they say 🥰

I will start Monday.... This time I did.
Hey 👋 well due my failures I have decided daily that I am just changing things. Going in hard never works for me. I am going to take day by day and do better each day until I get in a healthy routine. Today I drank my water and didn't binge eat when I normally would. I downloaded the app and kept redirecting my thinking when I thought of eating crap. I am definitely not fit but slowly going to change that. Hope everyone else had a good day. And here's to tomorrow being better. We are all different but together strong 💪 ❤️
