The hardest part in my opinion is having to deal with people who have absolutely no interest in helping you battle your demons and will eat unhealthily right in front of you and will ask you stupid questions like “if you want a piece? Or just a bit? Oh you must want to take some!” Etc. Ignorance is bliss they say; as long as it’s not digging into your eyes and tempting your inner demons of obesity or overweight…

@Kyle Willmington agreed, I have given up at some point, after I reached my goals and became extremely healthy and successful within my weight journey. I gained 15kg back, I am battling negativity around me, people that keep dragging me down but expect the best results of me. I love them, but I am putting muself first again. Example? Usually I would just find an excuse to not do my evening calorie burn. Today I’ll play with the massive puppy of a German shepherd we got… I’ll get him tired and get myself ready for bed. 200kcal shall be burnt.
