@Luke Anderson Great! I focused more on dialing in systems and I think I've got them pretty tight. Now just comes down to putting them into practice and refining once I am finally registered, which I'm 2 steps closer to! Just waiting on 2 required docs that I was missing to arrive (hopefully in the next week). Finished the website, which is not a requirement but adds credibility and I was happy to complete since I'm in the waiting period of registration. The next week will be spent scouring solicitations that I'm interested in and tracking them so I can be ready to start proposals once approved.

Accountability report! ✅ Prospect for 30 solicitations in my niche ✅ Review and choose 3 solicitations that I would actually want to bid on ❎ Write full practice proposals for all 3. ✅ Report back back next Saturday with my progress. Instead of writing 3 full proposals, I completed 1. What I learned was that the proposal writing process takes a lot more time than I thought, but this helped me start developing a system around it, which will greatly help with the overwhelm and confusion that comes with reading and capturing all requirements for a solicitation. I also learned that my goal of submitting 1 proposal a week is more aggressive than I thought. This doesn't mean the goal has changed, rather adequate planning and time management will play a huge role on top of refining the systems I'm building! I'm really hoping to be registered within the next month, but it's mostly out of my control at the moment. However, the waiting time is not lost - it's exactly what I need to get super dialed in with my approach which will enable me to hit my aggressive goals for 2025.
What’s to come
As the week progresses, you’ll start to see more folks rolling. The goal is NOT to make this a huge group, but rather, an intentional one. A community focused on action and accountability. What has been built out so far is really to start laying the groundwork. Where it goes from here, how it gets refined, and tailored will be based on the needs and desires of the people. YOU! So, as we continue to settle in, get cozy, begin connecting, sharing, and collaborating, things will begin to get tweaked to better facilitate the community. In the meantime, I encourage you to open up. You are here, and that means I am…and we are…ALL here to help. While we might not be in the same industries, we are pursuing the same type of freedom and are wanting to leave the same type of legacy. Along the way, regardless of business seniority or income levels, we will face the same types of challenges, bottlenecks, hurdles, and insecurities. We are here to face them, together. However, in order to do that, we all have to be willing to be a bit vulnerable and intentional with our communication here. With that said, I want to know, what are you working on in your business and what do you need assistance with? Also, @Grace Sloggett kicked is off with the first intro video (instructions found in the “START HERE” module). Follow her lead, make that quick intro video to introduce you and your business so we can all get to know each other better. Let’s do this!

@Luke Anderson actually your example plan is pretty good! Here's what I think I can do: -Prospect for 30 solicitations in my niche -Review and choose 3 solicitations that I would actually want to bid on -Write full practice proposals for all 3. -Report back back next Saturday with my progress. (All should be completed by then) That's a week's worth of work and definitely the best use of my time while I work through this registration process!

@Michael Sayer I haven't. I'm taking the approach of writing them myself to learn the process and possibly be able to consult or be contracted myself ☺️
2 questions for you...
I had a few private convos over the weekend and there was a common theme. Essentially, it was the need to connect with your mission and build frameworks around it to hold yourself accountable. Made me wonder how many are also feeling disconnected from their mission and are struggling to stay accountable to the actions and routines they committed to. "Mission" being, the purpose and why behind the thing you do. I know this is new, I know this may feel vulnerable. It's supposed to be a little bit. That's how we improve. Now, my questions. 1st question: Do you feel connected to your mission? 2nd question: Do you feel in control of your daily and weekly rhythms?
