One week into preseason with a pro club
I’m currently 1 week into pre-season with a pro club in Brazil. So far the hardest challenge I’ve felt is playing with 100% confidence with consistency. Obviously footballers have good days and bad days. I had some really good days and some really bad days during my week. Especially on the Friday on 11V11’s. When I played with too much tension I couldn’t even connect a pass. But eventually when I loosened up, my performance improved significantly. The difference between the best and worst in the group is honestly just a case of confidence. I think if we can learn to keep that mindset consistently, our level will increase a lot! @Kk Kk what are your priorities? Is it football? Is it studies? If it’s football, then there’s no excuse you need to train. Training will give you confidence. This is the perfect place to streamline your training routine. The app, gym programs, it’s all here. Now the rest is up to you.

@Kk Kk I think I that case then it’s a case of time management, you can definitely succeed at both, pique went to Harvard while playing at Barcelona. If he can do it, you can too
Coffee and morning training
Every morning I take a cup of coffee with my breakfast before team training. But fell fatigued during ball work. Can anyone know why that is?

@Isaac Chanda if you have access to coconut water I’d choose that instead. Lots of electrolytes in coconut water
Time managing
Hi, I would love that you help me with my time because I can't manage school and football and gym, I wake up at 7am and go to school at 8am, get back home by 12am and get back to school at 2:30pm and get back home at 5:30pm, that's why in the time left I can't do my individual training + gym + homeworks I don't have enough time, so I would love that you help me 🙏

Hi Jad, One thing I’d recommend in this situation is to set priorities. It’s not about having enough time, everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. I think you should prioritise school and football. During football you can do a little bit of body weight work as well to save time but even an hour or 1h30mins every day will help you improve. Homework then afterwards so that you have a good way to decompress after school.
Fixing sleep routine
Hi guys, So I’ve noticed that my sleep has been affecting my fitness levels and I need to find a way to fix my sleeping pattern after it was thrown out of whack. Any tips?
