Hello, I'm Hanna and I'm the Eating Behaviour Expert. Today, I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and really enjoy the experience fully. NO guilt, NO shame and NO fear piling on pounds, and in my 60s, miraculously, I'm in the best shape of my life. I've got incredible clients, I've had multiple articles featured in at least 10 online publications and I am genuinely happier than I can ever remember being. However life hasn't always been as good as this. For over 3 decades, I was secretly in a permanent struggle to control my weight and eating. It consumed my life. I used to think my overeating was all about food - WRONG! It's driven by the mind and some redundant, subconscious programming. The good news is it's all learned behaviour so it can be unlearned and replaced by useful behaviours that serve you and that's where I come in. - No fad diets - No extreme exercise regimes and - No calorie counting The process I use gets to the root cause of your eating challenges quickly, and that's the key to permanent transformation and results. 50% of my clients only need 3 sessions and they're sorted out.
