I’m struggling to get back into things after second baby. I suppose my question would be what’s a minimal but affective plan look like to build strength again, until I get back into things and find my rhythm again.
@ShayMaxx X I can get to the gym 2x a week for definite, sometimes 3x but mostly limited for time. Probs 1.5 hour workout is absolute max, especially evenings when I’m tired and wanna get home
