Try to keep balance as much as possible, diffuse essential oils that eliminate germs, never eat with or lick my fingers when eating. I use a toothpick or utensil. π
@Ashley Alberts Thieves essential oil from Young Living. It's a blend of clove, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and rosemary. I'll diffuse it, rub it on my throat or chest if I'm having issues there. (use coconut or olive oil if your put it on your skin. It can be hot) If there's stomach issues going around I'll diffuse oregano by itself or add it to the Thieves. Doesn't smell that great lol. Oregano is super potent. You can rub it on your feet with oil. I've made capsules and taken it orally as well.
