I just finished this class and I’m feeling the drainage from my sinuses . Wondering on the effectiveness if we did just maybe one of the stimulations or should we do all of them together ? I realize doing all of them together would mostly likely be more effective , however sometimes during the day we don’t have that many consecutive minutes . I’m a social worker and feel this could be be a great exercise for me to use inbetween seeing clients . I appreciate any feedback ! Thanks guys ☺️

Just joined the group and i just wanted to say im in love already! Im in two other communities and they are so different from this. This is what I’ve been craving. this is what the world needs!! I’ve only completed the first module about breathing and that’s giving me all the good vibes i anticipated about this group! I feel was though if everyone would take some time to learn themselves and really tap in within the world would be a much better place!Cheesy i know but i have great faith!
