Good afternoon everyone! Hope everyone took something away from the call today and/or in their own personal lives. Going forward, we would love to see more friends and family attending and being able to take something away. In no way do we want this to come off as forceful or demanding. We try to emphasize that this course is fully a desire-to-learn course and you can come and go whenever and however you’d like (although we would highly benefit from your inputs in calls 🙂). Hey everyone! Just wanted to say thank you for the warm welcome, it really means a lot. Losing 40 pounds has been a big journey, with a lot of ups and downs, and I couldn’t have gotten this far without the support of people like all of you. Every day is another chance to make progress, even if it’s just a little at a time. For anyone struggling or hitting a rough patch, just remember: small steps still lead to big results. There’s no perfect way to do this; just keep showing up for yourself, and trust that the effort adds up. I’m excited to keep pushing forward with all of you and can’t wait to celebrate each of our successes together. Let’s crush our goals and become the best versions of ourselves!
