@Christoph Agten Thank you. After discussing with the patient when he came to pick up the result. He told me that the pain was more than 6 months old. At first I thought it was tuberculosis, but the fact that it was bilateral made the diagnosis unlikely, especially since I did an ultrasound, and there were no significant synovial abnormalities or intra- or peri-articular effusions. What diagnosis is more probable ?
Hello It is an MRI acquisition that I had at the service but I can’t find the indication. I would like to know if there is a longitudinal tear of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus and a partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament.
@Esteban Peghini you can have access to the case https://www.postdicom.com?Share=ee284167-21ae-43a6-9a1b-d42444dac1e2&Lang=0 and the password is Knee2023
I’m a Y3 radiology resident in Ivory Coast and I’m in love with msk ultrasound… but I don’t really know how and where to start… my level in msk anatomy and msk pathology is not bad but I struggle when it time to apply it on ultrasound
