FB ads aspect ratio
Hi everyone, Got a lot of value out of the NAM course, just a question regarding the aspect ratio of FB ads: Is it best to upload in 9:16 and let Facebook crop the video where necessary, or should we upload 4:5 AND 9:16 videos and manually choose the placements to suit? Cheers!

Hi Ryan, Im one of the editors at CC, I would suggest putting in the extra effort of uploading 4:5 and 9:16 and manually choosing the placements to suit, Facebooks auto cropping can be unreliable and you don't want important info to get cut off from your ads

Hey guys! ...on adding text when video editing in Native Ads, @Noah Hunter Dorsey mentioned using a TikTok style font - what is the name of the font you're using there? ...and are you just creating the text in the likes of Photoshop? Can you please share how you're creating the text that you place on the video timeline? Big thanks in advance!

Hey Crystal, The main font used on TikTok is called "Proxima Nova" and the weight is called "Semi-bold" I've attached a link with a WeTransfer file containing the font for convivence. We use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit our Tiktok's and within the program we have a preset file for TikTok text that allows us to change the style and look for quick native TikTok text.
