Hey everyone, Long and short, we are at a point where we've justified our business model as well as creating a lot of assets that we've sold to our first clients. Our pricing was pretty low, but after Black Friday, we want to significantly increase our margins and scale hard. Like most businesses that are just starting out, our biggest issue is traffic and lead generation. We have a few automation campaigns running on LinkedIn and email, but we want to supplement this by finding a few partners that can help us expand quickly. If you're interested, here's the full background on our business: Operationally, we're about 2.5 months old and have had a few clients both in the Voice AI space and with regards to sales automations (typically facilitated through GoHighLevel....although one was a custom Salesforce job). Prior to starting up this agency, I was doing coaching for both product and AI. So I've been part of quite a few projects with quite complex AI requirements. However, my big learning from that was that most people want a "done for you" solution, hence why I started up the agency together with a business partner. We do 2 things out of the box: Sales (CRM) Automations & Voice AI. We have also just finished building a front end portal to manage our clients Voice Agents so that we can charge on a pay as you go basis and so that they can have a dashboard to login to. We also have full stack engineers within the business and have facilitated a few custom jobs involving custom vector databases, chatbots (voice and text) and a suite of BI dashboards. Most of our clients have come from our existing network, which is starting to run dry lol.....hence looking for partners. We are interested in both short-term mercenaries and longer-term partners that may become part of the business (aka on an equity basis). We are open to both local and international partners, prioritising those that have an existing network and/or audience that they can leverage.
