I think I figured it out, I guess I would be using a subflow for every tool and first step I that tool would be a WhatsApp message.

Though question on that: how do you properly test a subflow? You add a chat and then give it some bogus info to work with?

I currently have four calendars: one personal, one shared for family items, one Google calendar for public holidays, and one for work. When I ask what's on my agenda, I only get events from my personal calendar. However, I’d like the option to include events from all my calendars by default, with a clear indication of which calendar each event belongs to. For example: Agenda for Monday, December 10: Work: Daily stand-up at 8:30 AM Personal: Hockey practice at 3:00 PM Family: Dinner with neighbors for Frank's birthday at 6:00 PM I hope this explanation is clear. Point 1 sounds great but how would you then retrieve it via chat? I now have a google doc with all my info in it and that one goes into the vector db. Just want to have all the info at hand in chat instead of needing to go into a password manager. Indeed, security wise it is a nogo but for it's all just a local test setup. Just want to have it working then think about security later (nobody can access my local files anyways). Point 4: storing it, is not biggest deal, I just update the sheet and it is updated into the vector db (though would be nice if it works, regarding that: not sure I know how you would achieve what you mention via chat). The passwords and licenses (dummy ones) are already in the google sheet, but the chatbot refuses to give them to me.
