Loved the "Discover The Plan Workshop"
I just finished watching a replay of the video "Discover The Plan Workshop". I loved every minute of this video with all the information and instructions that was talked about. Now I have a plan to implement into my daily and weekly activities to improve me and my health!! Loved the meal plan information along with the 3 exercises that can be done with either with body weight, bands or dumbbells. So Excited!! Thank you! 😉♥️

Help! Need to get moving during the week when I'm at home. Want to get a at home workout, using "bands" into my routine. Saturday mornings we go to the gym and work with a trainer friend of our but I know l can do better. I have a treadmill and a set of bands that I need to use instead of look at! Currently working on making better meal plan choices but still have so much more to learn. I just need to start and put my health first and stop allowing my to do list get in my way.
Replayed "kickoff video"
Hi!! Just watched replayed our "kickoff video" after joining today Feb 9th. I hope I can figure out how to work your app, I'm a little technically challenged in some areas but am hopefully in the process. I may be a slow starter at first but plan on getting going. Loved the video I've seen on Facebook with band exercises and looking forward to learning more along with meal information. Thanks again!
