@Mari Leanne That’s very true. Medical professionals have the advantage of using their stable income to invest in real estate, creating both profit and long-term security. Investing money into annual salary I personally think is more powerful strategy. When you have regular income based on annual salary with a career you qualify for more mortgages that give you access to more ways to qualify for more benefits. It allows you too down the road qualify to buy a home for assets you can obtain. You are right, I can have both.

@Mari Leanne true true. I just need a stable career to invest more, and the medical profession seems like a smart choice because of the reliable annual income and opportunities for growth. With all the expenses I’m juggling—rent, bills, groceries, school, and credit card payments—it’s tough to even consider investing in real estate without first securing a solid foundation. Truthfully, carrying all this alone has shown me that the only way to obtain long-term security and build a future for my family is through education. No nurse or aspiring doctor ever said school was easy, but they all knew it was worth it. They pushed through, like every successful person does. For me, it’s not just about making money; it’s about helping others, addressing root causes, and finding solutions. That’s the passion driving me forward—it’s just a matter of time and perseverance.

Embracing positivity is truly a profound science. When we envision positivity, it isn’t just wishful thinking—it’s a powerful alignment with energy, a force within us and around us. Science shows that our thoughts and emotions emit vibrational frequencies, creating fields of energy that interact with our surroundings. By focusing on positivity, we elevate our own frequency, allowing us to resonate with—and attract—the same energy in return. One action that makes a difference in my life - Being able to spend time with children, to step into their world with love and care, brings a healing energy that reaches deep into my heart. To be part of their lives, even in small ways, is a gift, a mutual exchange of growth and healing that renews my spirit and fills me with purpose.
Wish me luck!
Exciting news! I’ve secured a meeting with a very high-ranking German government official and will be heading to his office tomorrow. It’s a huge opportunity, and I’d love to hear any advice you might have for making the most of the meeting. Whether it’s tips on how to present myself, questions I should ask, or strategies to leave a lasting impression, I’m all ears.

@Jona Preuss I wanted to acknowledge the exciting news and take a moment to extend my heartfelt congratulations to you. Leading at just 16 years old is truly inspiring, and you’re already setting an example for future generations to follow. That speaks volumes about your character and potential. I have full confidence in your skills, the positive impression you make, and the charisma you bring to your leadership role. I hope this experience is everything you’ve envisioned and more.
Group working sessions?
Hi everybody, happy Sunday. As a thought experiment, I was curious if everybody would be interested in doing something like a coworker session or a large group coaching session. Maybe we could get on once a week or twice a week and Jackson will be able to join the meetings. Regardless, if he joins or not there a little bit more experienced and different avenues, and I figure that all of us working together will help to be more successful. Jackson, Jorge, Stanley, Jona, Ben, Rebecca, Jazmine , and Ryan have a significant amount of buyers. I’m sure that many others do too that I have yet to get to know. If anybody has deals, this is a group that is particularly Taylor towards honesty and helping others. The moment that anybody goes behind one is back trying to do something sneaky will be removed from the group. Let’s all work together let’s all have integrity and let’s all make quite a bit of money together. Please let me know your thoughts and any other insights or items that people would be interested in! Lastly, feel free to invite your friends to this group as well as long as they are looking to build and grow not looking to make money! With love, Mari Leanne
