Lot has changed for my business. Dramatically switched offers. Started running ads. Actually tracking my numbers. Agree with Ryan. Looking back, I donโ€™t know how relevant the roundtable tactical stuff was. The only two things I have been using from that workshop: 1. First 4 hours of the day are focused on the constraint. If Iโ€™m not working on the constraint, Iโ€™m essentially wasting my time 2. Focus on getting LTGP:CAC > 10 So all in all, I think the mastermind was worth the money. I made the money back within 2 months from the takeaways of the workshop. Meeting you guys was also a huge eye-opener/perspective shift. Going to make it a goal to go to at least 2 masterminds / year from now on.
What did you hope to get out of the Acquisition event?
What did you go to the event for and what was one of the biggest take aways you got from the event? Iโ€™ll go first: I was curious about the highest leverage tasks that a business owner can work on to be able to grow and scale companies. My biggest take away was to find a profitable market is: # of units sold x (LTV - competition).

@Ocean Gross Thanks man. Agreed market is huge, and AI isn't going anywhere. Next 6 months will be spent focusing on intentionally choosing clients and more importantly re-selling solutions I have done for previous clients to get some amount of leverage.

@Ocean Gross I feel embarrassed to say this, but I have literally worked across the full LLM stack. I guess some examples: - Helped vascular surgeons automate diagnosis using existing literature + clinical papers. Chatbot is final deliverable meant to speed up the diagnosis process. (OpenAI + Vector Database) - Built on-premise chatbot for healthcare company that provided targeted fitness advice. Key here was building a local LLM model to protect PII - Automating troubleshooting of printing machines for manufacturing company because they just donโ€™t have enough talent to service it - Helped semiconductor company turn JIRA ticket data into numerical metrics to help them identify trends in data Could keep going lolโ€ฆI was initially focused on building the experience so I took on whatever came my way. Realized I have no leverageโ€ฆso I will be zoning in on a use-case or two for the niche.
