@Dan Murphy Hi Dan, I am from Minneapolis MN. I've invested in Single Family homes and land, but let both of them go as they are so market driven and too competitive. We started a healthcare consulting company working with large healthcare payers (insurance companies) and now looking to make a pivot and this appears to be the right path given our background.
