@Jim Hart Exactly! Always keep focused on the businesses Bread & Butter and why you started, divulging into different avenues out of desperation leads to a very difficult path that can be not only hard to navigate in the future but potentially derailing your success.

@Emily Howe This is Great, Career growth can be looked at in unison with personal growth, something that has resonated with me in the last year has been “Get comfortable being uncomfortable” because a lot of these stepping stones can be an awkward stretch but if your willing to be uncomfortable, It may just bring you exactly where you are meant to be.
