These are really great! Working my way through all. I realised I definitely need to work on my mindset when running, I thought I was ok, but realised I often find myself thinking I should be running faster etc. I really liked the visualisation meditation!

Consistency has been a bit of a problem for me over the past few years! I heard a quote recently about looking for evidence in areas in your life where you have been consistent. One for me has always been work! I always turn up on time for shifts, even on days when you don’t feel like it! So on some of the harder days I am trying to look at them like a work shift and Sam is the boss!
