My Brilliant Body - Being Me

It's weird and also wonderful to beginning something fresh in a place where no one knows me. Let me introduce myself; I'm on day 10 of being connected to my Diaphragm where I can tell when my breathing is shallow or not. Tomorrow, I start day one of Sun and Moon Salutations. One of my current contemplations is FASCIA. I want to know all about it. I'm also an avid cheerleader and communicator Which means I will be posting daily for my own means of accountability. Establishing new habits of commitment to myself is a fascinating undertaking. And my common denominator is to breathe... After Sun Salutations the Mountain pose is my next step. The strength and stillness of body while being still in my mind.
