Morning Launchpad! Wanted to pop in and see how everyone is doing!? What's everyone been up to AI-wise? How are we liking GPT-4o so far? loving it? Hating it (like me!)? Somewhere in the middle? Anyone come across any new tools they're obsessed with? Or prompts they can't stop using? Let's hear it! In other news, I ordered a whole new laptop so that I could start using the new ChatGPT desktop app since it doesn't work with older Intel-based macs. Yes, a single app convinced me to get a new computer. To be fair, it's 5 years old and was ready for an upgrade. So anyway, I've been playing around with it this weekend and I'm wondering why we still don't have the new voice and screenshare features they promised us almost a month ago now! Ruuuude! Also, have ya'll checked out Perplexity's new Pages feature? Also also, if you're not using Perplexity yet, what're you doing?! I just signed up for a Pro account to see if it's worth it. I even copied my custom intstructions for voice and tone I use in ChatGPT over to Perplexity and now my searach results are a vibe too! I've been slammed with all sorts of different projects which is why i've been pretty MIA in here. The two I'm most excited about though? I'm currently running the Scenic Route beta with 13 students and so far it's been a blast! (Scenic Route is my Midjourney course btw.) I can't wait to dive into all the more advanced stuff this week like referencing, weighting and workflows! Hoping to get the finalized course live in August, so make sure you're on the waitlist if you're interested. On top of Scenic Route, I'm co-hosting an AI masterclass this Tuesday (1p EST/12p CST) with Jen from Tonic Site Shop(!!!) all about how you can use ChatGPT to help you write your sales page/website copy. has anyone tested out the private rooms on the alpha site yet? would anyone want to make/be a part of a private group to see what types of images we're all making/experimenting with?

Y'all, if you've made 100 images on Midjourney you can finally get access go the Alpha site to create images on instead of using Discord! Type /info into the command bar on discord to see how many images you've created and if it's more than 100, head over to alpha.midjourney.com, log int with your discord account and you'll be redirected to the new site! I go over it in the latest AI Auntie Live which is in the classroom. Run, go, play, create and share what you created! Kinda obsessed with these girlies I made earlier!

Hi hi hi, happy Monday all! What's everyone been up to with AI lately, I'd love to hear what new tools you're using, if you're using AI differently in your workflows, whatever! I discovered Suno.ai over the weekend and OH MY GOD!!! It will produce songs for you in like 30 seconds, and they're actually good!!! Check out these that I got when prompting it for a chill folk song about creatives with adhd! But then I had it make it in different genres but it keeps the same lyrics. Truly mindblowing!!!
