How should we tip?
How should we handle our tips? We love getting out in the community and spreading some love to the hard working service industry employees. We are curious on your opinion, should we lean toward one massive tip to a deserving service industry worker each month, ($1000+) or spread it around hand tip many tips ($100-250)?
