FB Personal Account suspension issues
Hey everyone, I just received an email stating that my personal Facebook account has been restricted from advertising due to a violation of the platform's advertising policies regarding elections and politics (a topic I am not involved in at all). The message indicated that I need to verify my information or risk having my account banned. I have been seeing this notification frequently across all the Facebook ad account dashboards I manage. However, every time I clicked the button to verify my identity, it redirected me to a page confirming that my identification had already been successfully verified, with no further action required. Because of this, I assumed it was a glitch on Facebook’s side (please refer to the screenshot attached below). Now, my account has been suspended, and when I click the button in the email to request a review, it takes me to the same page that states my identity is already confirmed. While I could initiate another verification by selecting "running ads about social issues, elections, and politics," it clearly states that this process is only for individuals discussing topics related to politics, law, and immigration. Additionally, it mentions the need to be authorized to advertise in the relevant country (I run ads across multiple geos and would need verification for each). However, none of my clients are even remotely involved in these topics. Has anyone encountered this issue or has any feedback on how to resolve it? Is there perhaps a high-level contact at Facebook who could help address this properly? I manage around $600K–$700K in monthly ad spend, and multiple businesses rely on me ( over 70+ people) to run ads to acquire new customers, so a prompt solution to this is crucial for their survival. Again, my identity has already been confirmed. Thanks in advance for any help!

Google Ads Stopped spending
Hey everyone, does anyone have any idea why all of our Google Ads campaigns suddenly stopped spending? Across all campaigns, we went from around $700 on Sep 9th to $300 on Sep 10th, and now it's at $0 so far today. No changes have been made to the account during this period. We're using the 'Maximize Conversions' bid strategy (not Target CPA), there's no day-parting schedule set, and there are no active rules in place on the account

@Eli Abrams i dupped all campaigns and doubled the budgets on the original ones. they started spending again but cpl was no longer the same but way way higher. on the new ones, cpl came in the same but i noticed that they started to have the same issue and stopped spending. so i looked around some forums and peoplpe say it's because of budget caps and that i needed to increase budgets to google suggested daily budget so it's not "limited by budget" anymore. but in my head that didnt really make much sense because "if they are not even spending the full budget, how come 2x or 3x that will do the trick ?" or so i think, right? but it seems to be working. but again, just made those changes recently so lets see. thanks for your feedback
