Hello fellow notaries! I am a mobile notary currently commissioned in WA. I have experience in loan signing and GNW. I am currently researching how to better market and pitch my notary business and trying to transition to Remote to offer more convenient options for clients. My goal the next 3 months is to really dig into marketing and not be afraid to offer my services.I want to make a full time income w/ this business. My set back is hearing the rebuttals, the "I already have a notary" & The "I use so and so signing service". I marketed in the wild today. I find that that's the easiest way for me to convert but I find it time consuming. I usually have a plan but today I just kind of drove around to high density offices and dropped off cards and plants. The SECRET weapon is to pick up the cards. That's the main thing. I email them. Call them. Bug them. Drop by again. Email...again. You get where I'm going here right? What I NEED to do is reach out to old clients who I haven't bugged in a while and see what they're up to and remind them I still exist. Why? Why does McDonalds still run ads? You know they exist right? Well. It's a psychological reminder so that next time you feel like in the mood for some processed food, Maccas sounds top shelf. I just had an old client text me to see how I was doing simply because a business associate talked about a notary. I want to be associated with being a notary. Priming =] What is everyone up to today?
