Really liking this new (to me at least) platform by Ross Gerson (ex Empire Flippers) currently in beta https://acquiringdigital.com/ - it aggregates listings from all the top brokers/marketplaces and totals up the amount of deals, almost four billion dollars! What do we think the blended average sales commission is for the industry now, 8-10%? That makes over $300M in commissions to be sold/won right now!

Like it. I'm sure Ryan Kulp built something like this at some point. Not as good UI but same principle. @Richard Patey do you see those sales commissions across all transaction sizes or just lower end stuff?

@Richard Patey Sure still surprising to me at the upper end of that range for 8 figure deals. 6 and low 7 I get it especially without retainers.
